Attracting cyclists throughout the Southeast to downtown Augusta, Bike for the Ballet is the ONLY training ride for the ESi ironman 70.3 Augusta.
This Sunday the streets will be filled with tutu-clad cyclists supporting Augusta Ballet’s collaborative outreach battling childhood obesity.
Each sponsored tutu equals one child at the Ballet’s Anyone Can Dance (& Cook) Camp in December (formed with national and local partners in science and nutrition). As cyclists don tutus they also raise public awareness of their own healthy culture, one fast shaping the green face of the Garden City.
